Introducing Project Collections!

Turn any collection into a project with timelines, status tracking, and clear progress visibility. Project Collections add start and end dates, team collaboration with @mentions, and AI-powered imports from Markdown, PDFs, Word, and Excel—helping teams plan, organize, and execute projects faster.

Introducing Project Collections!

With a click of a button, you can now convert any collection into a project. Projects allow you to set a timeline and status — as well as track progress at a glance. All of this while retaining the rich feature-set of standard collections. To make this as impactful as possible, this release includes:

  • ✅ Toggles between standard and project collections
  • ✅ Date inputs to capture the project start & end dates
  • ✅ Support for @mentions to improve collaboration
  • ✅ AI-powered task imports from structured and unstructured files like Markdown, PDF, Word, Excel and more.

To get started, go to Collection Settings using the 3-dot menu inside the collection, or in the collection main menu.

Lepsta v2.0

Lepsta v2.0 introduces a major step toward autonomous workdays, with improvements across planning, execution, and review. New features include upcoming and previous workdays, richer task statuses, a personal collection, stronger security, and the foundation for AI-powered automation.

Introducing the most advanced version of Lepsta to deliver on our commitment of making autonomous workdays possible. This version focuses on streamlining each day—from capturing tasks and planning to execution and review—while giving everyone complete visibility. To support this, we've introduced an extensive suite of new features and improvements as outlined below.

These include:

  • Workplan Closer - allows you to formally close your workday.
  • Upcoming Workdays - lets you see your scheduled work for upcoming days in a dedicated screen.
  • Previous Workdays - shows how you did on your previous days.
  • Cancelled & Blocked statuses - are added to the existing list to give you more flexibility.
  • Personal Collection - allows users to keep work items intended only for them.
  • Encryption at rest - for stream and object contents for enhanced data security.
  • Integrations - to securely sync your work to/from third-party services (gradual rollout).
  • Knowledge base - uses your documents, tasks and third-party data to give you answers to anything (gradual rollout).
  • AI Agents - to amplify the teams efforts by automating time-consuming tasks like capturing, curating context, research etc. (gradual rollout)
  • Multi-currency pricing - extends supported currencies to include $-USD, £-GBP, €-EUR and R-ZAR.

This is just the beginning as we continue to roll out further improvements. In addition, Lepsta v2.1 is already in development targeting performance and further security enhancements.
